Chasselas Me Revoila
Ref. :
1c59ee2d
Displaying a perfect crystalline pale yellow robe, this Chasselas offers an inviting and refined nose where notes of white flowers and peony predominate. On the palate, the wine reveals a frank and mineral attack that leads into a suave and pleasant texture with developing aromas of blackcurrant and citrus. Once nearly extinct in the Alsatian vineyard, these white and red-berried Chasselas vines have been reborn to produce an understated and well-balanced dry wine. Sourced from sandy granite soils across plains and mid-slopes, it is crafted with hand-picked grapes to preserve its natural elegance. This wine serves as a delightful companion for seafood, cold entries, or a traditional vigneronne meat pie when served between 8 and 10°C, and is best enjoyed within two to four years.
