CHABLIS

The AOC Chablis confirms the excellence of this white wine. The major bedrock comes from the Jurassic period, more precisely from the KIMMERIDGIEN 150 million years ago, and we find in the rock tiny oyster deposits. Underneath its green colour, there is a discreet nose offering beautiful aromas of white flowers mixed with fine and delicate aromas of citrus fruit evolving towards notes of ripe fruit and nuanced by very beautiful mineral notes, a beautiful length in the mouth.
