Carpentras strawberry jam "extra" PG 314 ml (jar)

It is a mixture, brought to the appropriate gel consistency by cooking, of sugar and Carpentras strawberries. The qualifier “extra” means that the quantity of fresh fruit used in our jam is 450 g minimum for 1000 g of finished product, or 45%. Our Quince jam contains 60% fruit and is prepared from fresh ripe and healthy fruit, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. These fruits are cooked with top quality sugar.
