Caramels Assortments

Case composed of 15 melting caramel candies in papillotte of 5gr. prolong the pleasure of this unique texture and discover the various flavors of the range.

Its composition: sugar and glucose syrup until cooked as desired, added cream from a local dairy, supplemented with high quality chocolate, fresh butter and cocoa butter, the production is artisanal. The temperatures are controlled until the semi-automated operation of forming, cutting and wrapping for the elaboration of a caramel with an ultra melting texture. Bites of 5 grams in cylindrical format were developed specifically for the project.
They are marketed in 75g boxes.
