Our olive confit with lemon is a sweet and savory recipe based on green and black olives and candied lemon. A must to accompany foie gras, grilled meats or goat's cheese, among others.
Original idea: brown chicken breasts, and coat at the end of cooking, with a spoonful of olive confit with lemon. Use: To be consumed with foie gras or with white meat. Put in the fridge after opening.
