Vinification: Harvest at night, reception of the grapes in our half buried cellar, cold pre- fermentation maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, daily shedding. Ageing in stainless steel vats for 3 months. Adding gas before botling.
Wine ready to drink it now and in the current year.
Tasting notes: Beautiful pale pink color. Delicious red berries, lovely freshness supported by fine bubbles.
