Our Rolle grapes grown at high altitude in the Alpilles region present delicate bubbles and light aromas of white flesh fruits and fresh citrus to elegantly accompany your brunches, aperitifs, or elegant desserts.
Robe: Pale yellow with silver highlights, brilliant and crystal clear, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles. Nose: Fresh and delicate, revealing aromas of fresh fruit (citrus, green apple) and white flowers, with a mineral touch that bears witness to its Provençal origins.
