Since 1964, Bourbon vanilla has been awarded a label for production in Madagascar, the Comoros and Réunion. A fleshy pod between 12 and 22cm long, this quality of vanilla is soft to the touch, with a shiny appearance and a powerful fragrance. Its aromatic note is woody, spicy and sweet. Dosage : 1 pod for half a litre/kg of preparation
