Tennessee Whiskey Bourbon from Tennessee country is produced in limited number. In addition to the SOUR MASH process, (each new fermentation begins with part of the previous “mout”), Ocoee Tennessee Whiskey uses the Lincoln County Process. This peculiarity that differentiates it from its neighbor Kentucky, consists in filtering the spirit through a layer of maple charcoal, before putting it in oak barrels blackened with smoke, which brings it this very particular taste and a certain sweetness. Ocoee is the result of a blend of 8 barrels, making it a limited series, a unique production of 2714 bottles. Degree : 44.9% Not filtered by the cold.
