Blanc 50° – Fromager Cuvée

This rum is produced from our Rochetière sugarcane plot, located in Saint-Pierre, facing the sacred Fromager tree. In Mayan culture, the Fromager symbolized the axis mundi, the axis of the world, embodying the connection between earth and sky. This cuvée reflects a deep link between terroir, heritage and symbolism. Exceptionally smooth and refined, this white agricole rum reveals delicate floral notes of sugarcane, vegetal nuances of dried leaves, and fresh lime zest. The palate unfolds with elegance, leading to a suave and gently spicy finish that captivates even the most discerning palates.
