These preserved black cherries from Provence are prepared from fresh, ripe and healthy fruits, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. After hulling and pitting, these fruits are housed in airtight boxes with top quality sugar syrup. Varieties: late from Provence and the Rhône Valley. Syrup: It is a mixture of food grade water and premium sugars.
