Banana chips from the island of Mindanao in the Philippines

We selected these banana chips, stemming from the Saba variety, because of their crunchy texture after cooking. Thanks to this original recipe, including a «drop of honey», they are particularly tasty! They come from gardens of more than 150 producers on the island of Mindanao, in the Philippines. These bananas are Fair Trade certified, according to the Fair TSA standard.
