Balsamic vinegar is a sweet vinegar, and can be mixed with any other more acidic vinegar, such as apple cider vinegar or sherry vinegar. Its most common use is reserved for salad dressings, but it is also very popular for deglazing the cooking juices of a meat to make excellent sauces. To flavour vinaigrettes and deglaze the juices of grilled meats, to accompany shellfish. Tip: Store away from heat and light before opening.
