Asparagus

In 2019, we harvested our first asparagus in the Landes region. However, we began growing it back in 2016, as it takes three years and a great deal of patience to harvest the first crop. Asparagus is delicate and must be harvested by hand, one by one, over a period of several months. It has a very thin skin, characteristic of crops grown in sandy soil.
