Production
All our Armagnac-based fruit liqueurs are handcrafted in-house, following family recipes created by Jean Etchart, the third generation of the family. Each recipe, which varies according to the fruit, carefully combines white Armagnac, artisanal sugar syrup, selected fruits, vanilla pods or natural extracts. This combination brings out the full aromatic intensity of the fruit whilst preserving the finesse and roundness of the Armagnac. The result: delicious, balanced and accessible liqueurs that showcase Gascon expertise.
