AOP LIRAC ROUGE "MIROIR" - CHÂTEAU DE BOUCHASSY

Reflecting the harmony between the winemaker, his terroir and his environment, this limited vintage is the result of a blend of old Grenache vines (70 years old) supplemented with Syrah and Mourvèdre. The plots are located on the terraces of the Rhône, composed of quartz pebbles and red clay, all laid on a bed of sand. Grenache and Mourvèdre established on clay and pebble terraces give this purple red wine scents of violets, blackcurrants and cloves. The Syrah gives it aromas of spices and leather. 50% of the vat aged in “Centre France” oak barrels for 18 months. The expression of our terroir in a bottle!
