Le Soleil à la Terre comes from a plot located on the Crau plateau, 100 meters above sea level, and covered with rolled pebbles. The grapes were harvested by hand.
The nose offers a complex bouquet of small black fruits, with touches of cumin and smoky and roasted notes. The palate is ample and velvety, with a nicely spicy finish, coated by melted tannins.
