Brilliant golden color, the wine offers a complex nose of flint and slightly empyreumatic notes. The palate is fresh with aromas of tart candy and lime which bring a refreshing salinity and incisive tension. The finish offers bitter minerals typical of the granite terroir of Schlossberg. A fabulous Riesling oscillating between depth and saline tension.
