Single viynard wine, Aloxe-Corton 1er cru clos du Chapitre. Hand harvest. Grapes are 100% destemmed. Fermentation in vat with pumping over and few punching down. Aged 12 months in oak barrel (10% of new oak) and 6 months in stainless steel tank before bottling.
