VINES 100% Gamay New appellation which was decided in 2011. Regional AOC both In Beaujolais and Burgundy. The Terroir : Our wines comes selected plots on the villages of Julié and Emeringes. VINIFICATION : After hand harvest, the whole fruit is put in tanks. Traditional maceration for gamay between 7 to 8 days. Temperature control at 28°C. TASTING : Intense colour with rubis hints. Very appealing red fruits, like cherry together with vanilla notes. Fine tannins for a pleasant finish. Best served over grilled meats between 15 to 16°C.
