ABSINTHE BLANCHETTE 60° 70CL
Ref. :
0027fcbd
Delicate fruity notes & milky, frosty texture for a silky mouthfeel. Blanchette absinthe was initially produced by Combier between 1899 and 1915 and recreated in 2006 using the same 19th-century alembic stills. Blanchette is a « swiss » style authentic white absinthe with a dominant aniseed flavour. A particularly refreshing drink, Blanchette absinthe is made from a combination of grand wormwood, roman wormwood, green aniseed, fennel and hyssop. The green aniseed from Spain and fennel from Provence naturally lend it a slightly sweet flavour. Due to its lack of bitterness, it can be served unsweetened, simply diluted with cool fresh water.
