Saumur Champigny Domaine des Hautes Troglodytes has a steady garnet dress which reveals a beautiful extraction. In the nose, the spicy aromas and of licorice are mixed with red berries. It is round, generous and balances itself at the end of mouth by a certain freshness. It can be enjoyed young but it is better to keep it at least a few years in order to let him reveal all his complexity. Ideal with red meats and roasted or saucy poultry and also red fruits desserts.
